Quick Release and Contract

This document outlines the terms of the photography session and constitutes a binding contract and full release of the resulting images.

1. The Photography Session

Both parties agree that this is a collaborative session for portfolio-building and commercial purposes.

• No Session Fee: The Photographer will not charge a fee for the photography session itself.
• No Model Fee: The Model will not be paid for their time or participation in the session.

2. Image Delivery & Purchase Option

Following the session, the Photographer will perform their standard editing process to select and finalize the best images.

• The Photographer will provide the Model with access to a private online gallery to view the final, edited images.
• High-resolution digital images and/or professional prints will be made available for purchase by the Model at the Photographer’s standard rates.
• No complimentary or free images are included as part of this agreement. The Model is under no obligation to purchase any images.

3. Image Ownership & Full Model Release

This section details the ownership and usage rights for all photographs, videos, or other media created during the session (hereafter “the Images”).

• Copyright Ownership: The Model acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer is the sole and exclusive owner of the copyright to all Images, in perpetuity, throughout the world.
• Grant of Rights & Full Release: The Model hereby irrevocably grants the Photographer the unrestricted right to use, publish, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute the Images for any and all purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
  
  • Portfolio & Promotion: Website, social media, and studio samples.
  • Commercial Use: Advertising, stock photography, and sales to third parties.
  • Editorial Use: Magazine submissions, articles, and publications.
  • Competitions & Exhibitions.
• Alteration: The Model grants the Photographer the right to crop, alter, and modify the Images as the Photographer sees fit.
• Waiver of Rights: The Model permanently waives any right to inspect or approve the final version of the Images. The Model releases the Photographer from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Images, including any claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or violation of the right of publicity.

4. General Terms

• Age of Majority: The Model confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and have the full legal right to enter into this agreement. If the Model is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must also sign this form.
• Entire Agreement: This document contains the entire agreement between the Photographer and the Model. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
• Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

Both parties confirm they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this contract.
